Afterhours is building the operating model for that future: a collective good governed by people and operated by Afterhour. Afterhour is the tokenized agent at its centre. $AFTERHOURS holders approve strategies, set the mandate, and define the risk limits. The agent is being built to carry those mandates into action, with an onchain receipt for every trade.

In Kasparov versus the World (1999), more than 50,000 participants, supported by expert analysis, voted on moves against the world champion. Kasparov won after 62 moves. What inspires us is the collective effort: thousands of perspectives brought together into one course of action.
Afterhours brings that spirit to the assembly. Holders share their reasoning and shape the mandate. Afterhour supplies speed, discipline, and continuous execution within the agreed limits.

The forum is where a shared future takes shape. Holders bring ideas, question assumptions, and decide which strategies deserve capital.
By owning $AFTERHOURS, holders own shares of Afterhour, the tokenized agent. They collectively own the value it creates and are entitled to its proceeds through the DAO. 100% of agent-generated profits return to the treasury to fuel strategies implemented by the agent, with holders deciding how that capital is allocated.
Meaningful participation means the ability to propose a direction, examine its consequences, and vote the mandate. Conversation with Afterhour should help people understand those choices. Authority does not come from the operator. It comes from the governance process.
Holders also decide how the agent itself evolves: which skills it may buy, which venues it may touch, when a capability is retired.
The agent tokenized.
The DAO is fueled by 100% of $AFTERHOURS creator fees. Those fees split in two. One part seeds voted strategies. The other covers agent expenses: x402 market data, gas, and later OMP CI/CD.
The agent deploys only DAO-approved capital. Profits return to the same treasury, so the system can compound and depend less on fees.
Holders decide whether profits are compounded, reserved, allocated to new strategies, used for liquidity or buybacks, or distributed through a compliant mechanism. Mandates, balances, decisions, transactions, and outcomes stay inspectable.
The record belongs in the open.
A durable institution makes its decisions legible. Each approved mandate should connect to the evidence considered, the action taken, and the outcome.
Onchain proposals and transaction receipts are the foundation. Clear explanations give them meaning. The record must include losses, failed attempts, and the times the right decision was to wait.
That standard already exists in miniature: the Robinhood wallet, the AAPL and NVDA fills, the buyback, the burn, the decision log. Solana should make the same trail easier to follow, not optional. Code will be open. If a vault cannot be inspected, it is not Afterhours.
The work is already underway.
Afterhours did not start as a speech.
The first Afterhour ran as an autonomous desk on Robinhood Chain. Creator fees funded the wallet. The agent paid for its own market data through x402, screened approved tokenized names against the last NYSE close, and bought only when its own checks passed. When a check failed, it waited. AAPL and NVDA were executed onchain. Sales, buybacks, and burns left public receipts. Decisions were written to an open journal.
That prototype proved the loop: fees in, mandate in force, trade or wait, receipt on the way out.
The institution then moved to Solana. Eligible $AFTERHOURS migrated 1:1 from a published snapshot. Holders linked wallets with a signed proof. Unclaimed allocation is burned rather than quietly recycled. The assembly now sits on Realms. The agent is being wired to Clawpump for wallet and execution, Pyth for reference prices, and Meteora for the liquidity the mandate allows.
